The eight-car garage incorporated a two-way concrete slab design in order to minimize the framing thickness. Our thorough design and attention to detail created a virtually complete set of structural documents.

Connelly Residence
Another residence for which we provided all structural services, including the shoring walls on the two property boundaries.  As is the case on many projects with small lots, shoring maximizes building area and careful consideration is required when shoring neighboring structures in close proximity.
